Published grade specs
Every commodity carries a defensible specification, moisture, fat, FFA, IV, microbiology, translated into what it unlocks for your application, not just numbers on a page.
Food-safety discipline
We work to recognised food-safety standards (ISO 22000 / HACCP) and confirm the certifications relevant to each origin and grade on quotation.
Pre-shipment inspection
Independent pre-shipment inspection where specified, so spec, quantity and condition are verified before the goods sail.
Sampling & spec approval
Samples for spec approval before a first contract, so the standard is agreed and documented up front.
Complete documentation
Specification, certificate of analysis and the full export documentation set, clean and complete, the first time.
Origin qualification
Each origin is qualified against one target spec before shipment, so multi-origin supply never means inconsistent quality.
